Returns are accepted strictly within 15 days of receiving your non-embroidered product. Once your return has be initiated following this link, you have seven days to send back your product.

All embroidered items are final sale.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the cost of the consumer with a $10 restocking fee. Fee is based off retail value of the item. The $10 fee is taken from the refund.

Please Note
RMA number MUST BE INCLUDED in package to be considered. All packaging must be returned with items (duffels, tags, ribbons). The returned product must not have any odors (e.g. smoke smells) or have been worn.
